All our glass is toughened as standard to BS EN 12150 but as a super safety option you can upgrade the glass to an internal toughened/laminate option which keeps the glass intact in the event of breakage, preventing the tiny shattered pieces raining down from above. A popular option for playrooms and swimming pool rooms for total peace of mind.

Most of our roof lanterns are fixed directly onto a 70mm wide timber kerb to keep the height low. But if you are looking for a more traditional design we can supply the small side frames which the roof sits on top of as per the image shown.
