SLIMLINE - Contemporary Rooflights - modern clean lines

Our Slimline aluminium rooflights are designed to give a minimalist, contemporary look with clean uncluttered lines. Featuring 100% powder coated aluminium cover trims the roofs have no PVC internal or external trims at all. By utilising the very latest in structural silicone bonding (see Gherkin tower in London) we are able to produce a rooflight with minimal joints , no chunky ridge sections or glazing bars, thus maximising the glazing area and improving light transmission to create a fresh feel to a room with a flat roof.

Slimline rooflights are supplied in one piece fully bonded in our factory for rapid onsite fitting up to 2500mm x 1400mm (Internal Size)

For larger sizes up to 4000mm x 1600mm (Internal Size) we come to site and assemble the rooflight on your flat roof to your timber upstand.

This product features a multi cavity resin thermal break aluminium kerb with integral fixing points onto any flat roof, Slimline Rooflights come powder coated in Black to colour match the resin bonded seals within the glass units. This creates a very aesthetic finish from both the inside looking up as everything blends together to give clean architectural lines.

We supply the Slimline rooflight as a fully structurally bonded one piece product that is 100% leak proof. By delivering the smaller rooflights, pre-glazed and fully bonded and the larger ones in sections for us to assemble and glaze/bond on site we save you a full days work.

Because the rooflight has been glazed and bonded by our own in house team of specialists you can have total peace of mind with the structural integrity and weather proof performance backed up by our 20 year unit seal warranty.

Add natural ventilation to your Slimline rooflight with our pre-glazed and bonded opening roofvents. Choose from manual worm gear with cranking pole or electric operated with the option of a climate control kit to open and close the roofvent automatically at a set temperature, includes a rain sensor to auto close the roofvent in the event of bad weather.
